Powder Bed Fusion

Powder Bed Fusion has slowly and surely established itself as the industrial process of preference.  Available in nylon and a variety of frequently used metals, this point-by-point sintering process has been the latest technological gold rush in both the aerospace and medical industries, validating these as viable alternative processes in a traditional machining world.

The production of near-net shapes allows for a high volume of end-use parts in nylon and casting-like parts that can require minimal post-processing in metals like titanium, cobalt chrome, and inconel.
